HI, I'M CHAD GIBSON.

I am a leadership coach and mentor. I love what I do, and I love helping others succeed.

I am the CEO and Founder of the PerformPlan coaching system for high-level business leaders. I am also the creator of The Leadership Academy, which I designed to empower all leaders, no matter where they are on their success journey. I’ve worked for 20 years in communication, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and executive leadership. 

Leadership is a very personal commitment. However, I know that all great leaders lead from their vision and passion, and what they see is possible for people, business, and in many cases, the world. 

I am proud of what I have accomplished over my career to date. Having worked with over 100 companies and over 10,000 individuals, helping people and businesses reach their full potential.
